Upper Extremity Braces & Supports

We create personalized, 3D-printed braces and supports that help you recover faster, protect against reinjury, and keep doing what you love.

PROTECT3D™ AFO is designed for comfort

Built for People. Trusted by Athletes.

protect3d

From post-menopausal women managing arthritis to athletes fighting for every play, our upper extremity supports are designed for people who refuse to let injury define them.

With personalized, 3D-printed devices, PROTECT3D helps you protect your freedom, recover faster, and perform at your very best.

Upper Extremity Products

CMC Arthritis Brace

Arthritis doesn’t just affect your thumb — it affects your independence. The CMC Brace stabilizes the base joint while keeping the rest of your hand free for daily life.

Designed for comfort and long-term wear, it restores strength where you need it most.

Thumb Guards

Every play, every catch, every block — your thumbs take the impact. Our Thumb Guards are built for athletes who need protection without compromise.

With a slim, custom fit, they prevent sprains, hyperextension, and reinjury so you can focus on your game, not your pain.

Short Arm Cast

Injury doesn’t have to sideline your life.

The Short Arm Cast is waterproof, breathable, and adjustable — giving you the support you need without the discomfort of traditional casts.

From recovery to return, it’s built to move with you.

Wrist Flex Brace

Athletes push limits — and sometimes their wrists pay the price. The Wrist Flex Brace prevents overextension while keeping you game-ready.

Slim enough to fit under gloves, it’s trusted protection for players who refuse to compromise performance.

Gameplay Cast ("Wrist Club")

The Gameplay Cast delivers maximum protection without the bulk of heavy wrapping and taping.

Ideal for athletes returning to play after wrist or forearm injury, it protects against impact while preserving hand and finger mobility.
