How does the PROTECT3D scan work?

The PROTECT3D App uses an iPhone® to capture a 3D scan of your anatomy. The process is as simple as recording a video, but provides medical-grade accuracy within seconds.

Most devices can be designed, 3D printed, and shipped nationally within 2–3 days. Our renowned 48-hour turnaround is not available for every product or new customers, so timelines may vary.

Unlike generic braces, PROTECT3D devices are shaped to your exact anatomy with millimeter precision. This ensures better comfort, natural movement, and higher patient satisfaction.

Our platform is built for multiple roles: athletic trainers managing rosters, clinical providers improving patient care, military/tactical units supporting those who serve, and individual patients recovering from injury.
