How do I order products?
Products are ordered by submitting a 3D scan through the PROTECT3D iPhone app. Licensed partner teams and providers can submit directly in-app.

What do I need to get started?
All you need to take a scan is an iPhone and access to our PROTECT3D app. Contact us for more information tailored to your exact needs.
What types of materials do you use?
We use medical-grade, high-performance materials that are optimized for impact protection in athletics. These are comparable to thermoplastics but stronger, so devices can stay both low-profile and protective.
Many products also pair with our impact-resistant engineering foams (e.g., AC Joint Pads). Since we use advanced 3D printing, we can seamlessly combine different materials depending on the product and athlete’s needs.
How long does it take to get a product?
The process is fast:
- ~15 minutes → Our design engineers create a virtual product design after receiving your 3D scan.
- Same-day review → You confirm the design.
- Overnight 3D printing & shipping → Products can be back in your hands in as little as 48 hours.
